About The Artwork
Color analog film 35mm photograph shot using an expired roll of film from 20 years ago in a manipulated composite double exposure image using multiple original images. Retro vintage style erotica with hiphop rap urban street art modern blacksploitation theme. Shot in my photography studio then remixed like a dj with a 1970s remixed house disco dance concept to produce a surrealist collage composition portrait where if you look large you can work out what is going on. It’s abstract decoration except it isn’t. It’s really a photographic image that plays on the eye. Edward Olive photographer, screen actor and mixed media artist 2021 in Madrid Spain.
