The sometimes bizarre settings of the photos combined with the exceptional way his models pose made me feel like I was in an early 20th century horror movie. Once I overcame this 'first fear' I could see symbolic and double meaning in his work. It is not erotic in a way of sexually stimulating, it is erotic in the way the photographer seems to take the general nude acceptance to another level. Flynt differs from the mainstream act photography in a metaphorical message and in a search of hidden underneath beauty in objects of the real life. There is an apparent connection to the poetry of surrealism as well as addition of a certain humorous perspective to the viewer, which differentiate him from the artworks of J. Saudek, even though in a formal approach they may seems similar. Nowadays, the society requires an art without a destructive impression. What is needed is a charm, poetry. An important aspect of an artwork contrasting from a kitsch is the aspect of humour and irony, which is evident not only from the visual surface of the artwork but also from the name. The name of an artwork is not about pointing a theme, it reveals the characteristics of emotions moving the photographs into another horizon. Flynt has exhibited his art in 18 solo exhibitions through the Czech Republic.
