Art Description

Sculpture: Metal on Aluminium.

Learning influences us every day and our daily interactions with life mold what we become to a large extent. This little blue spruce tree has learned life is better if she can grow towards the light.

If you want a short cut to success in life a university education is the magic path to take.

I have five feral cats I feed every day, morning and evening. If they are not there one of the other cats eats the food I put in their bowl. I pet every one and tell them what pretty cats they are. When I come home they all greet me and want their little pet job and the food that comes soon after. I do not have to cadge them or ring a dinner bell. You snooze you loose. Big lesson. If you want success in life get a good education.

This piece will come with a thick stone base that is polished on top and rough cut on the sides.

This is a solid cast Aluminum maquette. Edition of one. The rights to enlarge the piece are available, but are NOT included in the sale price of the maquette used as a desk top sculpture. Please contact me for further information regarding enlargement.
