About The Artwork
Thorton Dial Sr. A self taught, outside artist born in Alabama 1928 . "Art... ain't about paint. It ain't about canvas. It's about ideas". Somehow his words struck a note with me and the feeling about my own work. Watchaug is the pond that we live on so a team of rowers is only fitting. I love thinking up my sculptures and creating them. I really hate to write about them. I hope you will enjoy them without a bunch of words.
