Cat Noir

I love cats and their sensuous nature, which make them perfect subjects for art. I also love haunting flea markets and antique stores. So, in some ways I feel I was destined to combine these to elements to create this series. I use bits of antique images and book pages for the collage elements in this series and paint the cats with ink. Other elements are hand painted with gauche and watercolor. This series is an absolute joy to create, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy creating it.
