Divorce Fish #8 (Purple Rain) Collage

One of my saga's in the 90's and early oughts WAS- as brutal a divorce as one can imagine. It involved children- six- and was a total disaster. Am still dealing with it. Four of the six kids are great. I did these large fish-shaped collages for the sole purpose of activity...they helped a lot. This period will of course be in my book- it coincided with several other 'business' circumstances, 9/11, a suicide and much, much more. Life is a journey with so many events one cannot foresee- both positive and negative. Leonard Cohen has been my pillar through all this- could not have made it through without him. This collage was executed on white foam and is in very good condition- as far as I know. There are many in this series. Would all make great prints, obviously.
