I have been working on a serie called GYPSY QUEEN, this collage is one of them, always impressed by the women of the different cultures, by their colorful dresses and clothing as well as their work and presence inside the family environment. I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1950. My father was Belgian and my mother is Argentine from Spanish and Italian descent. I was always inclined to learn anything that had to do with art. In my early days I learnt ceramics, pottery, pottery painting, porcelain painting, jewelry, batik, woodcarving ,etc. It was only eight years ago that I started painting on canvas and wood looking at all the different techniques to apply to my art work.
