ABOUT THE ARTWORK
THE PLEDGE by Friedrich Schiller is one of the best and most famous ballads of the world. The story written in 1798 tells about real friendship beyond death and how even the coldest heart can soften. The great words have accopanied me forever and I wanted to create an artwork to rediscover these touching words for everyone- hopefully also for young people who often hated old lyric because school does not know how to teach it right. So I made a colorful, expressive and lively mixed media picture (in original language) in which you can always spot something new. Please pay attention to the size (180 cm x 90 cm) Thx
