This collage is named after the famous slogan from The X-Files because it was one of the things that inspired me to create this collage. I have been interested in the question for a very long time: how much is around us that we still do not notice? Also this year all of us celebrate the anniversary of the first manned flight into space by Yuri Gagarin. And the space theme is now just in the air. This work depicts fantasies about what aliens might look like, or just some of them. There is also a flying saucer, an alien who liked our fashion, or, like other characters in the collage, is trying to merge with the crowd to learn more about us, earthlings. The collage also depicts people - a father and daughter who see UFOs. The words "The truth is out there" devote to them. I also wanted to portray the duality of surveillance - who is watching whom: we are watching aliens, aliens are watching humans, or both? The truth is out there =) The collage is made on hardboard and fits in the bedroom, living room, study, loft, studio or wherever you want. Thank you for visiting my shop!

Jill Austen creates collages that inspire you and put you in a good mood every time you look at them. “My main task,” she says, “is to invent and implement artwork that would motivate any person to realize his desires or would be an emotional support for achieving a goal. And, of course, they should look great in the interior!” In her artworks, she loves to mix objects that would hardly have met together in everyday life. “I like to have a new look at ordinary things, to combine the incompatible and create something new, unusual, special out of them. Humor, breaking patterns, and a reminder to buy champagne - this is how I would describe my work,” says Jill.
