About The Artwork
This is the second "doodle" drawing I have just completed during this Covid 19 lockdown. The title is called 'Time Flies' and in this drawing you see clearly a flying clock. This picture happened intuitively without much preplanning.. It kind of just grew into this layered landscape with people busy with various things. The old woman with her stick is a reminder that time does indeed pass us by and that growing old is something we humans will all succumb to in due course. There is a playfulness and a humorous edge to this drawing which I hope will intice the viewer to smile!
