About The Artwork
All the wealth in the world belongs to the land and the sea (asuras ) Paatal lok . Laxmi is the daughter of the Asuras but she realizes that all the wealth buried underneath isn’t wealth but a mere resource (Unrealised potential) so she goes to the Gods who give value to the resource in process of harvesting. She also has a twin sister Alaxmi, Goddess of misfortune hinting that wealth in its purity is an invitation for trouble so she keeps moving in search of Vishnu (God of balance). This work is an attempt to give this a visual narration.
