Refuge [Unterkunft], Limited edition 1/10 Drawing by Otto Laske

The work depicts a (deserted) house at the edge of the woods which beckons as a refuge to displaced and stateless persons escaping their pursuers. The work is part of the edition of the artist’s German poetry entitled Schlesische Sprachschmiede [Silesian Word Smithy].

The work is printed on Hot Press Fine Art Smooth Bright White paper (an acid free, 100% cotton rag media with a bright textured finish, yielding an extremely high color gamut and black density). It is signed and numbered by the artist, accompanied by a CoA, and shipped without hanging hardware, in a very sturdy tube protected against folding and puncture.
