About The Artwork
In a figure drawing class, we had two figure posing in conversation. I imagined them in dresses with boas waiting for the night to begin as dancers from another era. In 2020 we really wanted the 20's to be roaring, what we got was something quite different. We have to make lemons into lemonade and keep evolving. This scene imagined over ten years ago now lives as we wait to return to the reality we once knew.
