About The Artwork

My practice has emerged from a desire to bring together the spiritual aspirations of abstraction together with the physical experience of the natural world. paintings are constructed through a careful type of layering of color, line, and form. However, there is no predetermined plan from the outset, on the contrary, they develop gradually out of their own internal logic. My role is to facilitate the development of the image that’s calling. I love Japanese art; it’s been a great influence on these works.
