About The Artwork
This is a multimedia work, consisting in oils, acrylics and e-poxy on Canon canvas paper, glued quite unevenly to a large cardboard plate and framed by an extra cardboard (each plate half inch thick). The movement of the brushes, colors and aesthetics of it meant to give honor to Chaim Soutine, and as a consequence also to the American Expressionists. The size of the work is 48 x 36 x 1 inches; the size of the image is approximately 41 x 29.

Born in Monterrey, Mexico. The family moved to Mexico City when he was three years old. Belonging to a family of artists, received training in the fine arts from early childhood. First work on film and photography was done for his father (who made documentaries). Years later began accumulating negatives made during trips as a music performer. Those negatives (several thousands) became the basis of future imageries to be transformed. Made studies in Mexico, England, Belgium and the USA.
