Acrylic on black cotton velvet. Inspired by the title of the group show it debuted in. Ophelia is drowning but this time in in the black, watery grave of Jell-o. I grew up with a southern grandmother; Jell-o molds are a first memory solidified by Tom and Jerry's ice-skating scene.
