He was born in New York City where he began his art career. He has given many master workshops, lectures and demos nationwide and abroad. Mr. Vignari is it versatile artist. His art career progressed from marine paintings to impressionism, abstract expressionism, and currently to Vignari-ism a unique art form he calls "freedom flow". He has the ability to articulate to people of all walks of life. His paintings speak for themselves and have been widely exposed in numerous museums and galleries.
