About The Artwork
The painting depicts a city landscape, the Bosphorus Bridge, under which a typical Istanbul ferry floats. It's a beautiful, impressive place in my favorite city. Every time I visit Istanbul, I feel the characteristic smell of the sea, the soft, gentle air of this big city. The painting is made with large, pasty strokes to convey gusts of wind, the fast speed of the ferry, the salt spray of the waves and the colors of paints characteristic of Istanbul. The picture can decorate an apartment, become a wonderful decorative decoration of the living room, creating an atmosphere of travel, enticing the viewer to new trips.

I like to work with a palette knife, large, pasty strokes. I love the urban landscape, as well as modern interior paintings. In my works I strive to convey light, air, space, mood.
