About The Artwork
The inspiration was mid-century art. The format chosen was a slim vertical canvas, because I felt that further enhanced the concept. After completion, while contemplating the title, I noticed that many colors of nature and the seasons were represented. In a vague way, this is supposed to get the viewer thinking of climate change. I chose the style because I feel that it is still fertile ground with room for experimentation and discovery.
