My work is certainly influenced by nature and by my surroundings, but for me creating artwork that is based on this subject is all about reinterpretation. Feelings, emotions, sounds, what you see- these are the things the artist needs to deal with, to channel and create new through their own personal way of working.

For this particular piece, I have titled it Collective Spring, it is something I see as a foundational work, one which stems into many more works. It is basic in its approach but sometimes the simplest of gestures can offer the greatest insight. This is what I find so interesting.
