The Candy store was a little shop attached to a gas station that my family went to when I was a child. I had very few joy filled moments growing up due to the stress that was often put on my mom who raised us alone and struggled financially. To escape the dark times around me I found myself in the candy store often looking at the bright colors..it was simply my happy place. Although I rarely had money to buy anything it didn't keep me from dreaming that I filled my pocket with free candy without any limits. As an artist ..to daydream often meant doing so vividly capturing all details...building this 3D art brought me back to the moments I dreamed awake.
