About The Artwork
Endangered is a message of Marine Conservation. The sepia tones represent the antique, the old, the species that once were abundant and no longer are, The red represents an alert, warning, the risk of extinction. The city represents the anthropogenic threats that marine mammals are facing. And the black paint running off the whale tail represent death, extinction. This painting was inspired by the marine mammals conservation class I took at the University of Miami MPS Program.

I am a Wildlife Artist and Conservationist. When living in Florida I enjoyed shark diving and sealife photography and painting. Now that I am in Arkansas, I love bird watching and exploring the forest animals. I love traveling the world, making new friends, and learning more about other cultures. I have visited more than 27 countries and lived in Brazil, England, South Korea, and the USA. My passion and path towards Photography were ignited when I won the 2011 Anthony's Key Resort International Photo Contest and had a photo published on National Geographic 'Your Shot Daily Dozen' in September 2012. From there, I knew I was on my way to materializing my dreams!
