In the ink acrylic painting the girl, woman, lady, stands on the edge of an icy, lake, or surface, shivering, with her suitcase nearby. She waits. She is bundled in a red coat, and red cap, with her scarf and hair blowing, in the chilly wind. She fits into the song. The landscape scene is from the north, upstate ny, the Great Lakes, the finger lakes, somewhere cold and quiet. This creation is painting on a 20 x 20 panel, there is glitter sprinkled within the surface, which has been sealed with, clear resin. The painting is framed in a hand made float frame, ready to hang.
