About The Artwork
‘Heroes’ is an extended series of ‘kiss’ and a new one. It's a painting of my country, but it's not a painting with political implications. I paint the free thoughts, culture and future of youth. And I hope that it will naturally affect North Korea, causing the military demarcation line to collapse peacefully. ‘Heroes’ was inspired by a song, David Bowie performing in front of the Berlin Wall.
