About The Artwork
"Hidden Valley" is a site-specific abstract painting from Little Secrets Joshua Tree Series. It explores interaction between color and texture and inspired by ceramic glazing practices. Elements of nature from around Joshua Tree, California are embedded within the painting. The yellow part on the left side will glows for a short period of time when the lights are off. Very textured and intricate painting. Mixed media on panel. As all board panels might slightly warp overtime, framing is recommended. Please, note that the main picture was taking outside with a natural light and the rest was taking in my studio with florescent light.
