Hug Painting

Dear Visitor, thank you for looking at my portfolio. I am a freelance artist, I love to paint, mainly in oil and acrylic. Most of my paintings are done with brush and paint knife, but I also like to use fluid art techniques. I love colour and startling details, which often appear in my art. I usually create abstracts, landscapes and life portraits. I hope you will like one of them and that it will become a decoration in your home or office. I'm a dreamer, a bit scattered and absent-minded, persistent, sensitive, purposeful and empathetic. I am a calm person, I like to retreat and be away from the noise of the world. Painting is a part of my life, a great passion, despite the fact that I have not studied it, only as an amateur at an amateur level. I have been attracted to this form of art since I was very young, I used to draw a lot as a child. I did my first painting in my early twenties, then after a long break I started painting again, and today not a week goes by without another painting. Even when I was young it was a great experience, to be able to create. I like to feel the peace and quiet, the freedom to create, the colours, the shapes - and, if I may say so, the timelessness. One is always in a hurry, thinking... It's good to stop for a while, to switch off and not think, just create. It's also, in my opinion, the best therapy for the soul. I hope to have the opportunity to make others happy with my paintings for a long time to come. I am a member of the Downtown Art Association since 2019. In 2019 I entered a competition through the Cserhát Artists' Circle, My artwork for the poem "Eternal Moment" by Sándor Weöres was awarded a fine arts prize.
