'Just Cruisin' For those ladies amongst you who love to cruise, I am sure this is what you spend your days doing on board! These ladies are from my famous 'Women with Attitude' series, were inspired by watching many ladies on board just having fun and enjoying each other. Friendships are what life is about! This work is fresh and vibrant, and will keep you smiling while you are in dry dock! I created this work while on board P & O's Pacific Sun, as guest artist for the enjoyment of the passengers and to contribute to the onboard art program and art auctions. It is a lively and colourful painting with nice texture in the costumes. It will definitely make a great conversation piece at a dinner party! I always aim to provide a great experience for you, your family and friends. Know that only the best archival artist-quality paints, varnishes, canvas and other materials are used to create my original artworks. So you can be confident that your art will be a treasure that can be passed on to future generations. Unless requested otherwise, for international shipping I suggest this work be rolled and securely tubed. Don't hesitate to contact me on info@nataliedyer.com if you have any further questions or require any other information or assistance. Commissioned works are often requested and always welcome. www.nataliedyer.com

I love what I do! Creating art for me is about capturing both 'Moments in Time' and the beauty and emotion that surrounds those special moments. Each of us have people we love and life experiences that create those moments that mould us and shape us into who we are. * When I paint, regardless of the style I may choose to best portray that moment or emotion, my whole emphasis is on creating a work that reflects you, and sometimes even me. There are two quotes from famous artists that have impacted me greatly. One was in 1917, from a well-known American realist painter named George Bellows, who said: "It seems to me, that an Artist must become a spectator of life". Secondly, another by Vincent Van Gogh who said " ... a good picture is equivalent to a good deed". When I heard those statements, they both resonated so much with me. I find myself constantly watching and observing everything like 'a spectator' on the side-line as it happens before me. These quotes really helped to explain a few things to me. I am not so strange after all! My inspiration comes as I take in the motion and emotion of the atmosphere of the world around me. They say "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery". Reproducing the beautiful images and scenes, shapes, colours, textures, angles and curves that present themselves before my eyes is my way of saying 'Thank you'. There is so much to see and so much to appreciate in life! Richard A. Furlong, Art Auctioneer and Art Specialist from the UK: who wrote the forward for the Limited Edition published book ‘Natalie Dyer a Brush with Life’ had this to say: my work… Colourful, witty, warm and sensual.... these are just a few of the expressions used to describe the outstandingly varied works of one of Australia's leading female artists, Natalie Dyer. Natalie's works are in the homes, private collections and galleries of admirers all over the globe. Her great sense of humour and charm are placed in every single work of art, combined with decades of training and development of her beloved art form. Her work has found its way into many international collections. Appreciated for her talent and portrayal of women today, Natalie was invited as guest of honour for the opening of Jimmy Choo's latest ''Couture Collection'' unveiled in Kuala Lumpur at the International Shoe Festival. She has now painted a work especially for this revered designer.
