I portrayed my father's old guitar. I remember from childhood how he took her out of the corner during the holidays and ran his hand over the strings, he sang soulful songs. But time passed and his father's hands began to forget the chords, and he no longer sings those songs. But a guitar remained as a keepsake, which may still be useful to grandchildren. This tool will forever remain a mystery to me. I was never able to learn to play it, but I started making music, which helped me to get spiritual development. This drawing was taken in 2014 when I was taking my first steps in painting. Later, I made an interpretation of the work as a sign of the transience of time and broke the guitar into snatches that symbolize fragments of our memory. Artist Natalia Pidlisna

Hello! My name is Natalia, I am an artist from Dnipro, Ukraine. My creative goal is to convey my feelings to people through painting. My path to self-expression and creativity was not easy and continues to this day. Unfortunately, I started learning drawing when I became an adult. I became a student at the age of 28 and combined my work in the library with my studies. My dream came true, and I managed to get a higher art education. Now I have started my independent career as an artist and I really need your support and approval, dear art lovers!
