From the Vinyl Records Painting serie . The circle plays a role in many Native American beliefs and traditions but also for other cultures in the world. This shape represents the continuous pattern of life and death, the path of the sun and moon, and other significant pieces of ancient cultures. The circles remind me the grooves of vinyl records and as a vinyl record collector there’s an almost zen-like satisfaction when you experiment with the patience that the format demands of the listener. I integrate my self-created calligraphy work (which is a kind of Glossolalia). The meaning of this calligraphy represents our actions within time, almost as the layers of earth and dust left behind as we evolve. Those ‘small ‘ unnoticed moments are the ones that shape our trajectories but are so minute, they are oftentimes overlooked. That’s why I choose to highlight them as what they truly are: major, important and expressive events in disguise. So, i talk about feeling the TIME as the most important concept in life: Feel the PRESENT like standing there in front of the OCEAN … PS. Playing records… It is a ritual consisting of many steps: powering on the entire setup; opening the dust cover on the turntable; taking out the record and gently placing it down on the spindle. Pressing the play button making the platter spin. Gently brushing the spinning record for dust and dirt before finally placing the stylus in the grooves.

Psychographic artist with Hypergraphia My research is about a passage of time in a person’s life that is often shaped by challenges, interactions and encounters. I explore the relationship between graffiti roots and fine art academy to represent the music as a measure of time. The incorporation of my psychographic calligraphy describes secret poems in every canvas.
