About The Artwork

I re-created the "Pazirik" myself. I love history very much, for this I was inspired by its re-creation. For 3 weeks I worked on the project. The work was difficult and long. It was necessary to observe all sizes, proportions. For this work, I studied the drawings for a long time, those places and time. It was not very clear on the original drawings. There are a lot of subtleties, in the same row on the other looked the same horses than in the other row. They differed in size. All this had to be observed accurately. Buying this painting you can use the carpet (Carpet) as a picture. It will be very chic, have a picture and like a carpet 2500 flying. I have not seen a carpet painting or when. Carpet "Pasirik" 1000Х1060 canvas print and oil. History. Even in the XIX century burial mounds Pazyryk culture studied VV Radlov. It was they who in 1865 were the first to make scientific excavations in this region [4]. In1929, archeologists Sergei Rudenko and Mikhail Gryaznov began a study of barrows on the eastern border of Russia with Mongolia. Studies continued in 1949, when archaeological excavations of the fifth Pazyryk barrow on the Ulagan plateau of the Eastern Altai found a rich burial, as well as other mounds of Pazyryk culture, with traces of looting. It was established that similar burial mounds in the Altai were erected over the graves of noble nomadic leaders. The fifth Pazyryk barrow is one of the five large stone barrows, which are the family cemetery of the tribal nobility. The features of the construction of funerary storerooms with fortified walls and cavity inside, which contributed to the penetration of air and moisture and possessing poor thermal conductivity, contributed to the formation of centuries-old ice, in which organic substances were preserved that rotted under normal conditions. Thanks to this, mummified bodies of dead men, animals (horses), felt decorations, fragments of clothes and carpets were found in the Pazyryk barrows [4]. A pile carpet was found on one of the harness horses found in the western corner of the burial. Among the best finds in the Fifth Pazyryk Barrow was a well-preserved knotty pile carpet. The development of archaeological and restoration technologies at that time successfully coincided with organic finds, which allowed to take out and restore them with minimal damage. Slight carpet losses did not damage his original composition, which is well recognized on the surviving parts. The Pazyryk carpet has a shape close to the square. The carpet size is 1.83 × 2.00 m. [5] A narrow curb, through a series of alternating large and small squares, leads to the central area, which is richly decorated with stylized flowers. The artistic value of carpets is estimated by originality of the composition by color scheme by the number of nodes per square decimeter or meter. When examining the carpet under a microscope, strings of ocher, red, green, yellow flowers were found, which indicates a greater initial brightness and color richness of the work. The number of Pazyryk carpet nodes per 1 dm² is 3600 [6], which is a high index. The carpet is woven with a symmetrical double knot (chordies), otherwise called Turkish [7]. Among the Persians this way of tying knots is widely known as "torkībāf" [8] All the components of the carpet, i.e., the base, and ducks and nap are made of wool [6], in other words this carpet is woven by the "wool on wool" method. The number of warp threads is about 120 per 1 dm [6]. The total number of nodules in the Pazyryk carpet is over 1125,000 [7]. The thickness of this carpet is 2.4 mm [7]. The question of dating the Pazyryk barrows and archaeological objects found in them remains a subject of discussion so far. The date range is very wide, from the end of the VI century. until the II century. BC. e Concerning the time of manufacturing Pazyryk carpet S. Rudenko wrote: Regardless of whose work this carpet is Median, Persian or Parthian, in any case it is Middle or Near-Asiatic, its dating of the 5th c. BC. is quite probable [9].Print on canvas
