VIEW IN MY ROOM
A polar bear hugging the Earth and drifting aimlessly somewhere. It's about the tough life and how precious it is to have something to hold on to. It reminds me of what Hume established that a person sees things according to his or her belief, not facts. It is more like a rule of magic secretly set aside, rather than an error. The path to enlightenment does not seem to be accomplished all at once. Law, art and culture. It's something we artificially promise and work hard for. So it is an illusion and wisdom. Buddha also asked himself to stay awake all the time because the reason why the world is empty is that it is full of infinite errors rather than truth. Hume thought such a process for our society runs well with everyone's promises and efforts. The training of that promise. I sincerely hope that every day, the beauty that humans can achieve increases. (March 7, 2024)
