Salt Cleanse Painting

Bathing in salt has many benefits. A physical, and spiritual cleansing practice, that helps restore and heal your body and self. The great neutralizer. It can help cleanse, heal and balance energy, while repelling negative vibrations, while also repairing your body. With the leftover salt from one such cleansing practice, this has been one of the quickest artworks that took life. I hardly got to decide what or how to paint, but as soon as I spread the salt across the canvas, the practice of cleansing had already begun. At completion, over the course of 13 hours or so, I was captured in the comfort of its soothing, cleansing flow and I hope you will be too.
