About The Artwork
Original work. Still life with a silver jug and apples. Executed on linen canvas on a stretcher. Written in the style of realism of the Dutch masters. To display the light the canvas has an additional primer, which in several layers I do myself. The underpainting paint is acrylic. The painting has three layers of varnish, the varnish coating of each layer allows to keep the colours of the previous layer. Mastichin and brushes are used in the work. Still lifes I come up with myself, I use dishes of home decor. Since I live outside the city, the fruit is from my personal garden. I admire everything that with the highest skill creates Nature and at least a little try to transfer my admiration to the canvas to admire could like-minded people. The picture is framed and ready to hang on the wall. However, the edges of the canvas are primed and painted, so the painting can be hung without a frame. The painting will be shipped from Ukraine or Germany. In case of dissatisfaction with the quality upon receipt, the painting can be returned to the address in Germany (Hamburg).
