I love the solitude and the serenity the tree brings to the landscape and the mix of blues using a wet on wet technique. Its a picture I will re produce and re size the tree to get further depth in a different manner. I love oils and how the movement and blending occurs naturally. The style is very much my own.

I started painting at the age of 11. Awarded the highest marks ever for art at 16. My paintings were then exhibited at schools around the UK. I was offered a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Arts but under parental pressure went into Engineering. I became one of the worlds top Chemical Engineers specialising in design. Leading and working on the largest projects in the world. I never stopped painting.
