About The Artwork
This painting is one of a series of street scenes I'm working on recently. The first layer is a bright yellow as you can see on the work in progress picture I added. The left part refers to my previous series of abstract works and is based on graffiti you can see in the streets, corroded metal, typography. It creates a depth to have this foreground as the actual scene is like happening behind it. The multiple walls and perspectives give a more dramatic effect and the people are painted in a rough way to give this impression of movement and dynamic.
