About The Artwork
Inspired by Callen Schaub's spin art, lacking the relevant equipment this piece was hand poured. Originally intended to be a single line of rainbow lengthways, expressionism took over, and here we are. The matte black adds to the depth of the image and makes the colour stand out that little bit more. at the right angles, it really presents a great contrast where the glossy top coat shines, and the black negative space does not. Hanging hardware is NOT included as I'm not even completely sure the piece should be displayed horizontally or vertically. leaving the hardware out, I feel, has left it even more open to interpretation.
