About The Artwork

In the field of art, Yuri and Irina Gretsky not only stand out for their exceptional talent but also for their unique partnership, shared both in life and creative collaboration. Their art, infused with optimism and a critical perspective on the world, explores diverse themes ranging from landscapes to the exploration of the universe, time, and space. Many of their works adorn the collections of the Russian Ministry of Culture and the state museums of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. The art of the Gretskys had "two faces" during the USSR era: commissions from the state, reflecting the greatness and achievements of the country, and works exclusively intended for sale and exhibitions abroad. Participants in over 60 exhibitions worldwide, their works are held in collections across various countries.

Hello dear friends of art. Allow me to introduce myself. My Name is Ursula Leidens. Over the years, I have devotedly and passionately built up a private art collection that holds not just material but, more importantly, emotional value to me. As my circumstances are set to change in the future, I am faced with the heavy-hearted decision to part with a portion of my private collection that I acqired in the 1980s and 1990s. Behind every piece of art and every artist lies a unique story and artistic expression. All the works have been lovingly maintained and thus pass on in good condition to new hands – whether as individual pieces, in a collection, or as part of a collection, exactly as you wish. The decision to sell a part of my collection is not just based on personal changes but also on the idea that these artworks could bring as much joy to others as they have to me. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds will go towards social projects. If you would like to know more details, please do not hesitate to contact me. Let's talk about it.
