Born in Ankara, Turkey in 1991, I began my fine art studies in 2012. Painting under the general theme of depression and internal questioning, I get inspired by various internal and external sources. My recent works depict the struggle of an individual witnessing societal collapse, myself, being stuck between the issues of the society and the personal emotions derived from these happenings. The dilemma of this internal process is expressed through nude figures painted in a contemporary way. I am currently based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK.
