Over the past decade, I've cultivated a thriving freelance career as a portrait artist, specializing in the intricate world of realistic portraiture and figurative art. My medium of choice is oil painting, where I've continuously honed my skills, pushing the boundaries of traditional techniques to explore innovative variations, particularly within the domain of indirect painting. One significant milestone in my career was illustrating the 64-page scientific book, "Look Up and See What the Weather Will Be," authored by Arthur Guy Brown and published by Science Naturally. This endeavor was a formidable challenge that I wholeheartedly embraced. In this role, I crafted 54 final illustrations, each accompanied by two distinct variations and subject to various modifications. These illustrations encompassed subjects related to mammals and weather, ranging from sweeping double-page spreads to intricate single-page artwork that conveyed depth and detail.
