About The Artwork

Ron Steiner (U.S.A.) Manhattan (New York City) born, Rotterdam based, British Architect, Ron Steiner (1952) studied at The Pratt Institute (Brooklyn, N.Y.C.) and The Architectural Association School of Architecture (AA, London, England). Passed The RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Examinations, Parts I,II,& III. Language study, agricultural & horticultural training, and historical thesis research at Kibbutz Ein Hamifratz, Israel. Ron is one of the founding member of the London and Rotterdam branches of The Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA), where he worked for 16 years, 10 years as partner / director with Elia Zengelis, Rem Koolhaas, Kees Christiaanse, and others (see SMLXL for details) . Ron visited (1989) and worked (1990) in the USSR, and participated in two workshop / seminars in the Volga Region (2002 / 2003). July 2017 Rotterdam, the Netherlands
