About The Artwork

In crafting this piece, I sought to encapsulate the unexpected juxtapositions of urban life. Through my lens, I've captured a whimsical yet poignant scene—a tranquil bench offering rest amid the dynamism of the street, yet playfully disrupted by human elements. This digital creation embodies both the solitude and connectivity of city living. It's an evocative modern conversation starter, designed to imbue any space with a touch of street-inspired introspection. Montreal - 2023 - Hand Signed - Certificate of Authenticity - professionally produced fine art print - maple wood frame with three inch matting exhibiting artist signature - image size 16 x 24 inches Ready to hang!

I’m primarily a street photographer and fortunate that I have the streets of New York City for inspiration. I was raised in the South Bronx and am of Puerto Rican descent. I walk and explore the many parts of the city with my Leica Q hoping to discover “frame-able moments”. I try to express the variety of what the street offers in my photography – the bizarre, the beautiful, the brutal. I find that this type of photography suits my passion as the subject matter is always diverse. In many ways I feel as though I’m still learning to see and to me that’s most important. The ability to stand back and absorb a moment is something many of us rarely do. If you open yourself up to that – the observance of things – there is beauty there to capture.
