Michele Di Donato was born in 1968 in San Severo (FG) in a family accustomed to historicalizing with images the various moments of life. His father photographed everything with his Voigtländer VITO C and filmed in Super 8 with a Ricoh camera. When he was nine years old, Michele received his first camera: a Diana F. Since then he has not stopped "searching" for images. He loves reportage photography and conceptual photography, he expresses himself in black and white, a formula more suited to his way of understanding the image. Do not disdain the use of color, always very tenuous, barely sketched, when necessary. With his photographs Michele has participated and excelled in numerous national and international awards.
