We have been a professional team collaborating as set designer and photographer, for over 50 years. Through our studio in Kansas City, we were fortunate to have worked on top national advertising accounts specializing in food and still life illustration for over 35 years. About 20 years ago we decided it was time to pursue our own personal point of view. We wanted to make images that we loved and hoped other people would connect with also. Our work is about conveying a sense of peace and quietness, (a zen-like feel), through simple, balanced design portraying the beauty in the little things in nature and the ordinary objects that are all around us. The studio allows us the total control necessary to accomplish what we're after. It has been gratifying to see the result. Our work has found homes internationally from healthcare and corporate to residential collections. Photography... never a hobby, always a passion.
