This Original Screen Print is Inspired by my Nostalgia of a time when people played physical music and awaited the anticipation for a tune to begin. I choose screen print as a medium because it's retro feel reminds me of the emerging Street Art of the 80's. It is a run of 5 limited edition screen runs in the blue and black colour on white.

Originally from a photography background. I find myself drawn to the simple graphic lines of 80's inspired Street Art. I use screen printing or line drawing and inking with watercolour as my medium to represent this, it feels reminiscent of Street Art and Pop Art images of that time. I am spoilt for study choice with 1980s pop culture and iconic designs offering endless opportunities.
