Priyanka is a Delhi-based artist whose work emerges from a deep introspection of human relationships and, at times, their absence. Her art explores themes of solitude and superficiality through symbolic contrasts—organic and non-organic forms, light and darkness—alongside archetypes drawn from her self-created mythology. Her palette is driven by emotion, reflecting her inner psychological landscape.
As the first in her family to pursue art, her journey is both personal and pioneering. Since childhood, she has been more inclined toward observation, finding fascination in patterns and complex, puzzling forms—an influence that continues to shape her visual language.
Working in solitude, she uses painting as a means of self-consolation, creating atmospheres where light cuts through darkness, suggesting a passage toward optimism. Her artworks are reflections of her emotional dilemmas, capturing fragments of her lived experiences. Despite uncertainties about outcomes, she finds fulfillment in the process, continuing to pursue her vision with a rich and evolving inner world.
