One of a series of sculptural ceramic forms exploring the humouristic side of the partially clothed human form in a variety of poses, garments etc. It is not my intention to offend but I think many will recognise themselves in my work and maybe have a little laugh. In my recent work I have chosen to use the sgraffito technique, layers of colour are applied to the form then using a sharp tool scratching through the layers to reveal all the colours.

I am now making both decorative and functional ceramics. My preferred method of making my ceramics is by coiling. This gives me the control I need to achieve the results I am aiming for.
