The elephant is an emblematic animal, the largest and strongest terrestrial animal, considered one of the Big Five, has been growing in number in the African savannas, its protection has given this effect despite still being the target of hunters and for sport. This work is to enhance this animal even more. This work was carved in soapstone better known as steatite (also talcum stone) which is easy to carve and has a shine when polished with for example light wax, this is a beautiful piece with a mystical touch.
