I am inspired by the incredible stone masons who built cathedrals and created magnificent stonework details, including their wonderful Rose Windows with stone mullions and beautiful tracery.

Collectors feel a piece of history reimagined in a contemporary sculpture perfect for the window sill, mantel or table. They are surprised by the power of the blue glass encased in layers of monochromatic, powder coated steel.

I love the interplay of light and shadow. For many years I have created paper sculpture that relies on the depth of monochromatic layers, and here interpret that style in steel and glass.
