About The Artwork
This is a painting depicting the life, people and houses on my street. I painted real houses on my street showing the range of architecture seen in my neighbourhood, 100 year old houses, European style and 1970's style houses . I painted people doing what they do everyday and a corner shop now converted into a coffee shop. It is a bright , happy picture showing everyday life in my street.
