11" x 14" acrylic painting on gallery wrapped canvas by Kat Warren I have made no secret of my battle with MS. “The Bright White Spots” was painted after I received the results of my latest MRI which indicated that my current MS med had clearly stopped working - so now begins the long and arduous process of starting a new MS drug. After letting the disappointment and fear marinate for a few hours, I had to release it into the universe and move on. I have to move on and keep living my life. This cathartic painting represents the bright white spots that graphically illustrated the active disease on my MRI. One can only hope that this is the last time I feel compelled to paint an MRI and that the next drug up will give me what I desperately need. CURE MS!
